1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and destination at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order is placed.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays or customs processing for international orders).

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • All orders come with a tracking number, which will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Paw Cloudy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • International orders may be subject to customs inspections and delays beyond our control. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

  • If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
